He is also actively involved in a number of summer workshops throughout Poland and acts as a jury member for many prestigious competitions and festivals.<\/p>\n<p>As a performer, Jacek has ranked first place in JAZZ FORUM&#8217;s annual poll Jazz Top in 2011, 2007, 2006, 2005, 2003, 2002 and 1998 (acoustic bass).<\/p>\n<p>He has been a sideman on more than thirty records and made six CD&#8217;s as a leader:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<li>&#8220;WOODEN SOUL&#8221; (1994),<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;JAZZOWE POETYCJE&#8221; (1996),<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;SCENY Z MACONDO&#8221; (1998),<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;HISTORIA ROKU MINIONEGO&#8221; (2002),<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;BASSVILLE&#8221; (2005),<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;ZJESIENNIONY&#8221; (2011).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>Jacek Niedziela-Meira<\/b>\u00a0has performed with many of Poland&#8217;s leading jazz groups:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<li>Walk Away (1985-87),<\/li>\n<li>Zbigniew Namyslowski (1987-89),<\/li>\n<li>New Presentation (1989-93),<\/li>\n<li>Piotr Baron Quartet (1996-2004)<\/li>\n<li>Jan Ptaszyn Wr\u00f3blewski Quartet (1996-2011)<\/li>\n<li>as well as other solists- Gra\u017cyna Augu\u015bcik, Anna Maria Jopek , Ewa Bem, Piotr Wojtasik, Henryk Mi\u015bkiewicz ect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">In addition, Jacek had performed and\/or recorded with Art Farmer, Bobby Watson, Kevin Mahogany, Eddie Henderson, Mike Mainieri and Deborah Brown during their tours in Poland.<\/p>\n<p>He has performed during many jazz festivals over the world (USA, Mexico, Israel, Italy, Grece, Germany, Turkey, Sweden, Hungary, ect.) and in such famous jazz clubs as Village Gate and Birdland &#8211; New York, Blues Alley &#8211; Washington DC; New Morning &#8211; Paris; Quasimodo &#8211; Berlin; A-Train &#8211; Berlin; Porgy and Bess &#8211; Wien; and Montmartre &#8211; Copenhagen.<\/p>\n<p>Jacek is an author of a books: &#8220;Historia jazzu-100 wyk\u0142ad\u00f3w&#8221; (&#8220;History of jazz- 100 lectures&#8221;) 2009, and &#8220;Kontrabas jazzowy&#8221;, 2013.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.jacekniedziela.com\/\">http:\/\/www.jacekniedziela.com\/<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/nettikasinorahapelit.com\/videopokeri\/video-pokeri-mobiili\/\">pokeri mobiili<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>He teaches bass and jazz history as a professor of Academy of Music in Wroclaw.
